General Stuff- MY ART IS MY ART, NOT YOURS, I WILL NOT CHANGE PRICES BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE I AM NOT GOOD.
- Commissioned artworks are strictly for private, personal use only. You or a company may not use for commercial purposes/profit from them. (THE LOGOS ARE AN EXCEPTION)
- Do not use the artwork for NFTs or cryptocurrency trade/transactions.
- Do not use the artwork for AI models and AI training datasets.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own work.
- I retain rights to the image, but I will not use them directly to earn extra profit (e.g. I may include them in my personal portfolios and advertising, but I will not sell them as prints/merchandise)
- Feel free to upload them online yourself, crediting me is optional, but please do not claim credit for the work.
- Visual references provided are preferred. Text-only references may incur an additional fee.
- I have the right to refuse to take a commission for any reason.Payment
- Prices are in USD only.
- Prices shown are base values and may increase depending on level of detail.
- Payment through PayPal invoices or CashApp invoices only. I will be the one to issue an invoice.
- Upfront payment is required before I start on your commission.
- Payment must be paid in full before the finished artwork is delivered.
- The option to pay partially might be available upon request, or if the total price exceeds $300.
- Until the full payment is received, I will not show any progress images.
- Requesting major edits to be made for a finished artwork will incur an additional fee.Refunds
- No refunds if I started.
- No Refunds if I send Progress Photos. (Robin Williams Theories are not a reason to request a refund or chargeback.)
- No refunds once the artwork is finished.
- If you chargeback a commisison, or scam me in any way via Commisisons, Trades, or anything else, I will add you to my Blacklist on my Commission Queue and will refer to anyone that knows you of your chargeback.Will/Won't Draw
